Let’s talk about it – America’s biggest tension now is not just politics, tech addiction or inflation… brother, the real game is obesity.
It sounds shocking, right? But this is the truth.
More than 42% of adults in the USA are obese.And this is not just a statistic. It could be someone’s mother, brother, friend or a loved one… who is silently fighting it every day – alone.
Neha and I were sitting at night, we talked –
I said, “Neha, 40% of Americans are obese.”
She said – “What! Meaning half the country?”
I said, “And most of them don’t even know that they are at risk.”
And the biggest thing?
People don’t understand this… until it’s too late.
Let’s get straight to the real reasons – without beating around the bush:
Cheap, quick and tasty – but full of unhealthy fats, sugar, sodium.
Sedentary office job, then being glued to the screen –
The body says, “What should I do? I am just sitting!”
Americans don’t eat, they clean the plate! 😅
Tension, anxiety, loneliness – food becomes a comfort zone.
Writing low-fat, sugar-free does not automatically make something healthy!

Neha: “Absolutely. And they should be made to feel that they are not alone – and they need not feel ashamed.”
Ankit: “Exactly. It is not just about the body – it is a question of confidence, health and living a good life.”

and avoid things like poison.
Meditation, journaling, talking to Neha 😉 –
all these work.
Dance, stretching, dog walk – everything works.
Just don’t sit down!
