5 Common Workout Mistakes Beginners Make (And How to Fix Them)

I said while closing the laptop.

Neha said while laughing –

Office work meaning:

One day I went out wearing tight jeans…

Neha said –

I felt it, now I have to get serious.
Fitness should not be just a gym topic, it should be an office topic too.
5 minutes walk after every 1 hour
Be it the excuse of going to the bathroom or refilling water – move brother!
