5 Common Workout Mistakes Beginners Make (And How to Fix Them)

Even in 2025, people prefer working out at home rather than going to the gym — especially in the USA. Convenience, flexibility and mental peace — everything is available at one place. But one thing is for sure… working out at home demands discipline.
