5 Common Workout Mistakes Beginners Make (And How to Fix Them)

You see, when you and your partner step into the world of fitness together, it is so much more fun! Especially when it starts early in the morning. Now you must be thinking, “What about the morning?” Bhaiya, if the morning is right, the whole day will be great! 😎
So this is our daily routine, which we have made to spend our time with each other along with fitness. Neha and I have slightly different fitness goals – Neha wants to lose weight, and I am focusing on building muscles. Still, we both participate in the morning magic together. So, let us tell you how we start our morning. 😍
Neha’s alarm is at 6:30 am and mine is at 6:45 am, but even though we both wake up a little later than each other, we start the day together. When the sunlight shines and we see each other's smile, our morning becomes great. Yaar, that freshness makes the whole day special. 😊

Neha's method – "Drink lemon water, for detox!"
And I – "Brother, I want almond and raisin water, for energy!"
You must know how important it is to stay hydrated. Drinking the right amount of water keeps the body fresh, and starts a great day.

Me: "Bhai, push-ups, dumbbell curls, and resistance bands are a fix for me!"
Now fitness is fun when you work out with your partner. We both work out according to our fitness goals, but the fun we have together is beyond words.

Now talking about breakfast, Neha's favourite is - oats with fruit and green tea, which helps in weight loss.
And mine – peanut butter toast, banana shake, and boiled eggs, to build muscles.
